Quality Management:
With the goal of avoiding any last minute surprises in mind, we inspect the quality of every product or good that is acquired by the customer prior to embarking in China to make its way to their final destination. Our Quality Experts ensure that all merchandise is properly documented prior to it being shipped. Some of the processes that take place during the Quality Inspection include:
Product Inspection prior to loading for shipping: The Quality Expert assigned will inspect and properly document all merchandise before loading, strictly following the customer’s instructions.
Product Inspection management: If during the inspection process any incident is detected, the Quality Expert in charge of the assessment will immediately inform the customer so that the merchandise that does not meet proper conditions is not shipped. The Quality Expert will contact the supplier in China to go over the details of the merchandise found to be in poor condition and have it replaced with new merchandise in perfect condition.
Documenting the state of the merchandise via Photographic and video reports: Our Quality Expert make videos and take photographs of the most important parts of the product samples, as previously indicated by the client.
Quality Assurance Inspection report: Our Quality Expert carries out an inspection report, providing the client with evidence of the work carried out during the sourcing and shipping process and can consult this information when needed.

Import:
Working out the logistics strategy for Importing products tends to consume a lot of time and resources due to its complexity. With this in mind, we highly recommend that our customers leave this tasks to the professionals, avoiding complications. HK Summer Corp takes care of every detail related to the import of products while also allowing the customer to stay on top and follow up on the status of every single process at every stage. These are some of the processes that we follow:
Working hand in hand with a trusted forwarder: We hire highly trusted, expert forwarders to ensure that the shipment of the products is carried out in optimal conditions and based on the customer requirements. The expert forwarders will notify us immediately of any incident that may arise during the shipment of the products.
Insurance Policy: We offer our customers the ability to acquire an insurance policy for the merchandise. Although this is optional and not strictly enforced, we highly recommend that our customers protect their investment.
Preparation of product import documents: We draw up the Bill of Lading, the Certificate of Origin and all the documents required for importation of your products.
Calculation of fees: We research the fees applicable to the products at the destination country. In addition, we go over all product details prior to shipping to see if there are any legal problems that may arise from importing those products.
Customer service: We have at your disposal Customer Service Experts 24 hours a day, via internet or telephone, in the event that a problem or incident arises during the import process.
Tracking Devices: We provide you the ability to follow the entire import process through our tracking software. We will also have printed copies of all documents related to the import operation to provide to our customers as requested.
Final Import Process Report: We send you a detailed report that compiles the results and conclusions of the import process, as well as the budgets generated.

Factory Audit:
One of the biggest challenges when importing products from China is the lack of detailed information that as consequence can generate mistrust. When sourcing for products at a distance it is difficult knowing if you are dealing with a supplier that is a factory or if you are dealing with some sort of a commission agent.
By conducting a factory audit prior to making any purchases we ensure that the chosen supplier is able to produce the number of good that he was contracted for. With the factory audit service, we follow these tasks:
A visit to the factory: We travel to the supplier’s factory. We speak to the staff in charge of the contracted merchandise and its production, we visit the facilities and ensure that all requirements are met prior to proceeding with the product purchase.
Corporate data verification: We ratify the information that the supplier provided to the client and complete it with first-hand data.
Photo and video documentation: We gather additional details from the supplier and its factory by taking photographs and having videos made that prove the accuracy of the information provided to the client.
